In 1983, 11-year-old Sabrina Buie was found raped and murdered in North Carolina. Two intellectually disabled teenage brothers, Henry McCollum and Leon Brown, aged 19 and 15 respectively, were arrested for the crime. After enduring hours of interrogation without legal representation, the brothers allegedly succumbed to pressure and signed pre-drafted confessions. Despite their cognitive difficulties and inability to fully comprehend what they were signing, both were sentenced to death. After over three decades behind bars, fresh DNA evidence surfaced in 2014. A cigarette butt discovered at the crime scene was subjected to DNA testing. The examination uncovered that the DNA found on the cigarette butt did not belong to the brothers but rather matched Roscoe Artis, a convicted murderer already incarcerated in a North Carolina prison. This evidence cleared McCollum and Brown, resulting in their release. After their exoneration, the brothers were awarded a historic $75 million settlement. This payout stands as the largest combined settlement in a wrongful conviction case in US history. Each brother received $31 million in damages, equivalent to $1 million for every year spent in prison, along with an additional $13 million in punitive damages.

In 2017, Reza Aslan visited a cannibalistic Hindu group as part of a TV show. The group gave him human brain to eat, covered his face with cremated remains, and made him wear headgear decorated with human teeth. One of the members of the group even threatened to cut off his head. Aslan later posted on social media saying: “Want to know what a dead guy’s brain tastes like? Charcoal. It was burnt to a crisp!”

🚨 WE CAN’T LET THIS GO 🚨 Drake Bell, a 14-year-old child who grew up in a Christian household, was sexually abused by Brian Peck, a 41-year-old Hollywood executive who saw him as less than human. Police literally had Brian on tape admitting to shoving inanimate objects up the an*s of the Child he had power over, likely causing him to bleed and worse. (Sorry to be so graphic but people need to understand) Imagine being in Hollywood and hearing about this. You would rush to support the child right? You speak out against Brian? Of course you would, because you’re not a monster. That is where we get to perhaps the darkest part of the story. Not only did they not come out in support the child, HUNDREDS of powerful celebrities and executives showed up to sit OPPOSITE HIM in court. LET THAT SINK IN! How evil/soulless do you have to be to participate in the group intimidation of an underage sexual assault victim who is already feeling scared and alone? Again, the crimes were admitted to on tape. Everyone knew what happened… yet they still felt comfortable ganging up on a child for daring to come forward. We must be louder than ever before because this is still going on! These are the repulsive “psychopaths” who wrote letters in support of Brian Peck… James Marsden - ‘X-men’, ‘The Notebook’, ‘Saved by the Bell’, and ‘Hairspray’ actor Joanna Kerns - ‘Growing Pains’ star Alan Thicke - - ‘Growing Pains’ star Rich and Beth Correll - ‘Suite Life' directors who went on to work with Brian Peck on the Disney Channel children’s show ‘The Suite Life of Zack & Cody’ AFTER Peck was released from prison and registered as a sex offender. UNBELIEVABLE! Rider Strong - Co-star of ‘Boy Meets World’ Will Friedle - Co-star of ‘Boy Meets World’ Taran Killam - Comedian and actor Ron Melendez - ‘American Horror Story’ actor James Marshall - ‘Twin Peaks’ actor Kimmy Robertson - ‘Twin Peaks’ actress THEY ARE ALL COMPLICIT IN ALLOWING BRIAN TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH CHILDREN IN HOLLYWOOD EVEN AFTER HE WAS RELEASED FROM PRISON! Every single one of those “stars” and the hundreds of others who came out in support of Brian Peck for molesting a child need to be held accountable. Hollywood is the biggest pedophile club in the world.

Mel Blanc, the voice of Bugs Bunny, was in a serious car accident that put him in a coma. After many unsuccessful attempts to get him to talk, the doctor asked, "Bugs, can you hear me?" Mel responded in Bugs voice: "Whats up Doc?" They used this technique to lead him out of his coma.

In December 2009, a 25-year-old chemistry student called Vladimir Likhonos lost his life due to exploding chewing gum. Vladimir had an unusual practice of enhancing the sour taste of his chewing gum by dipping it in citric acid. Authorities discovered approximately 100 grams of an unidentified explosive powder on his work table, which he utilized for his home chemistry experiments. This powder was determined to be four times more potent than TNT. It is speculated that Vladimir inadvertently mistook the explosive powder for citric acid and coated his gum with it before chewing. The explosion was likely triggered by the reaction of the explosive powder with Vladimir's saliva or the pressure exerted when he chewed on the gum coated with the powder. The explosion resulted in a severe injury that blew off Vladimir’s jaw. He sadly died from his injuries.

On June 11, 1962, three Alcatraz inmates left homemade dummy heads in their beds to fool the guards before launching a daring escape from the infamous island prison, never to be seen again. Though the prison officially claimed that the three men drowned and that no inmate ever successfully escaped, San Francisco police got a letter in 2013 purportedly from one of the escapees, suggesting that they'd lived free all those years.

In 1999, parachutist Jan Davis fell to her death at Yosemite's El Capitan after he parachute failed to open. Ivan Lester McGuire, an experienced skydiver, was documenting a tandem jump involving another instructor and a student on April 2, 1988. As he exited the plane to capture the event, Ivan was so engrossed in his filming task that he made a critical error: he forgot to equip himself with a parachute. Initially, he didn't realize this oversight as he focused on filming. As the instructor and student deployed their parachute, Ivan continued his descent. Throughout this, Ivan continued filming, with his last words captured on camera being, "Oh my God, no!"

In December 1963, Rodney Fox was spearfishing off the southern coast of Australia when he was abruptly pulled under the water. In a matter of moments, he suffered a punctured diaphragm, a lacerated lung, a pierced scapula, and an exposed abdomen, ribcage, spleen, and upper stomach. When he was finally rescued, his wetsuit had to be left on to keep his organs from falling out. After undergoing four hours of complex surgery and receiving 462 stitches, Rodney Fox miraculously survived one of the most extreme non-lethal Great White Shark attacks ever recorded, going on to recount his astonishing survival story.

On April 24, 2008, Queena Phu survived a brutal attack that occurred at the Bloomingdale Regional Public Library in Florida. She was assaulted, left with brain damage, blinded, and confined to a wheelchair after being raped and beaten by Kendrick Morris while returning books to the library. Morris had raped a 62-year-old day care worker just months earlier. Kendrick Morris was initially handed a 65-year prison term for the offense but later appeared in court seeking a reduced sentence. The re-sentencing hearing was granted following a Supreme Court ruling deeming lengthy sentences for juvenile offenders unconstitutional and allowing them the chance for parole. However, a re-sentencing hearing doesn't automatically result in a reduced sentence. In Morris' case, his sentence was increased to life.
