Why is it that being a "plus-size" model is only a thing if you're a woman and if you're a man you're just considered fat? You never see obese blokes called Barry wearing speedos plastered all over TV and online, being rammed down our throats as "beautiful." Seems a bit sexist?

Taking care of your health is easy and dramatically improves every area of your life. 🍏Eat a healthy balanced diet 💊Get plenty of Vit C, D3 & K2, and Zinc 🏃🏻‍♂️Do 20 mins of HIIT cardio a day 💪🏻Lift weights a few times a week I do this and haven't needed a dr in over 20 years.

Today I'd planned to attend the NACFB #CFE2021 commercial finance exhibition at @thenec. This morning when printing my ticket I noticed they are requiring vaccine passports as a condition of entry. I won't support any business enabling totalitarianism. I will NOT be attending.
