It's becoming very clear that decentralization is extremely important to the creator economy. Over the past yr, Mixer's shutdown, arbitrary de-platformings, and now OnlyFans' policy changes have shown that creators are vulnerable on centralized platforms bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

There's a lot of hype around the "Creator Economy" but I actually find it limited in scope. Not everyone can/wants to make TikToks for a living or take pictures or plug brands. Not everyone is obsessed with social media like the folks reading this tweet -- yes, I'm talking you!
