Your numbers are totally off. There are roughly 14-15 million total undocumented people in the country, the majority of whom arrived before 2009. And any path to legal status would require payment of back taxes and likely a fine, so it wouldn’t be a blanket amnesty.

The fact is that Biden was better at protecting ICE officers than Trump and Noem.
If you cared about ICE officer safety, you'd want ICE to be hated less. You'd want to keep ICE officers out of unnecessarily dangerous situations. You'd want them to do the things that the vast majority of the public wants them to do, which is arrest public safety threats.
ICE should stop violating the Constitution, racially profiling, rendering people to prisons without due process, targeting people for speech, abusing people in its custody, and otherwise arresting peaceful people. It's the right thing to do AND it'd be good for officer safety.
