Market not always right…. Once it realizes it has made a mistake, we typically see significant corrections - right direction…. Micron $MU has long been abused by market biased on the cyclical nature of memory, while market never truly challenges its own assumptions that “this is just another typical cycle.” BUT the fact is that we are entering a MAJOR Industrial Revolution and memory does not just fuel up AI but also Robotics. I tend to think we are in a 10-15 year very strong demand period for memory all the way into 2036-2037. Micron should guide $800+ EPS five years from now by end of 2031. Even a 10X P/E would put it at $8000, meaning a potential 10 fold into long term. By whatever metrics, that’s one of the best ever in history.

Wow. $MU just fell under $900 per share MU is expected to generate $176.55 of EPS this year and trades at 5.09 times earnings. The Consensus EPS estimates on the street are the following: 2027: 176.55 2028: 206.89 2029: 203.33 2030: 138.96 2031: 69.16 2032: 53.60 2033: 41.44 2034: 31.63 Over the next 8 years the street expects eps to peak in 2028 then sequentially decline. Hypothetically if this happens $MU would generate $921.56 of EPS which is more than 100% of the share price. I will say that this seems like a ridiculous valuation and if the analyst community is wrong about when EPS peaks MU is going to look even cheaper than it already is.
