Among 25,000+ U.S. STEM professionals, those who are LGBTQ were more likely to face career barriers, harassment, and professional devaluation than those who are non-LGBTQ, even when accounting for STEM field and other demographic and job-related factors advances.sciencemag.org/content/7/3/ea…
