Nigeria's last credible population census was conducted in 2006. Twenty years later, the most populous country in Africa still does not know how many people live within its borders. This is not a minor administrative inconvenience. It is a governance crisis with consequences that touch every Nigerian in the classroom, in the hospital, in the ward, and at the polling booth. #GetInvolved #AskQuestions

🗣️N129.5 Billion Disbursed, No Census Results: Tracka Demands Accountability for Nigeria’s Suspended 2023 Census #GetInvolved #AskQuestions PRESS STATEMENT Thread👇

🗣️Dear Nigerians, In case you haven’t seen this yet…👇🏽 Nigeria hasn’t conducted a credible population census since 2006. That means for almost 20 years, decisions about school, hospitals, and resource allocation have been based on estimates. Now, the interesting part is, between 2022 and 2023, N129.5 billion was disbursed for the 2023 population census. And that money went into: 📌 N118.38 billion for Personal Digital Assistants 📌 N2.47 billion for Hilux vehicles 📌 N499.8 million for power banks 📌 N106.19 million for an e-recruitment portal @TrackaNG wrote to the National Population Commission requesting full details under the Freedom of Information Act. The law requires a response within 7 days. It’s been over 3 weeks, no response. So we’re asking: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MONEY? Public funds demand public accountability!! #GetInvolved #AskQuestions

There is a species of ant that approaches the edge of another colony, kills a single worker, and then takes on the dead ant’s scent. For ants, scent is everything. Wearing that scent, the intruder walks in with no resistance. The workers pass by without concern. The intruder moves inward, toward the queen, then It sprays the queen with a different scent that makes the workers turn on her. Then they surround her and kill her. The intruder does not need to fight anyone. The colony does the work itself. Once the queen is gone, the intruder reproduces. The true invader is no longer an intruder. It is the future. This is how ideological takeover works. A destructive foreign ideology takes the scent of familiar ideas and walks in as if it belongs. It speaks the native vocabulary, justice, equality, compassion, rights, progress. It uses these words and quietly changes what they point to. Then it moves inward. It alters how foundations are perceived. Responsibility is made to smell like cruelty, law like oppression, borders like hatred, tradition like danger, history like guilt. At that point, the civilization turns on itself. Its courts, universities, churches, media, and bureaucracies begin treating their own foundations as threats. They believe they are defending the system. They are enforcing what now smells legitimate. They do not see the intruder because it sounds exactly like them. And when the founding principles are finally removed, discredited, dismantled, erased, the foreign ideology does not need to conquer anything. It inherits what is left. The queen is gone. The colony is no longer itself. The most effective conquest is the one that convinces a society that its own foundations are the enemy, and that killing them is an act of virtue.

Nigerians please we need justice for Elozino Joshualia Ogege. My secondary school friend. She wasn’t just a classmate, she was my friend we sat together in school. She was a decent girl. Elo was not wayward. They killed her Nigerians. They plucked her eyes while she was alive, breast and heart before she died. She was a brilliant student, a first-class student from 100 level to 300 level at Delta State University Delsu. She only went to look for a house to rent Nigerians😭 She told a security man working in DELSU, Onoriode (Onos), who had access to the school environment that she was looking for a house, he then told her he would help her get accommodation. That was how he lured her. Delsu claimed they are contract staff from a security company. Guess what? This security man is an Ex-convict. He did not act alone. He worked with other Yahoo boys including Desmond and their gang and with the help of a security supervisor identified as Nwosisi Benedict Uche. The mastermind was a Yahoo boy who came from Ghana, and got those Yahoo boys to look for a girl for ritual for him. He had 2 houses already in Abraka. Elo was not their first victim. They planned it. They waited for her inside the school environment, campus 3, overpowered her by putting something on her face and took her away. They drove her out of Abraka into a bush. According to their own confession, Elozino was crying and begging them to let her go even after they took her eyes alive she was still begging them. 😭 But they did not stop. They killed her and removed parts of her body for ritual purposes to use for what they call “Yahoo Plus” money rituals. They took those parts to a native doctor identified as Ojokojo Robinson Obajero, who they believed would perform money rituals for them. The police tracked her phone and arrested them after the family reported she was missing because they couldn't reach her. The Delta State Police PRO, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, confirmed that the suspects confessed and that the crime started as a missing person case before turning into a murder investigation. Even the Commissioner of Police at the time, Muhammad Mustafa, confirmed arrests and said they were ritual killers. One of the masterminds even died while trying to escape arrest. But since 2018… what has happened? Elon have had no justice since 2018. The case has been in court. Adjournment after adjournment. Delay after delay. Years have passed. No clear justice. Are they bringing the judge? My friend left her house to look for accommodation and never came back. She trusted the wrong person a security man inside her own school. Delsu refused to show concern for their negligence. How can you employ an Ex-convict? Why would a security company employ an Ex-convict? Elo is gone we know but we want justice. And till today, it feels like justice is still being delayed. Nigerians, how long will this continue? How long will young girls keep dying like this? How long will cases like this be forgotten? Please speak up. Please don’t let this case die. Please people I'm begging y'all to help us speak. They already confessed to doing it. They should have been sentenced to death already. All the people involved. Help us cry for justice @Hybrid_Ola @_meera__abdul @AdageorgeA @oku_yungx @Austeiin @lilyally98 @instablog9ja This is the news on BBC. It's everywhere on the Internet too google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.… #JusticeForElozino #EndRitualKillings

@SpiricocoNg God is good! Equipping believers is essential. However, amidst the prayers, fasting, worship, etc., most Christians should also take ample time for a self-reflection, how well do we represent Christ on earth judging from our behaviour.

At about 9:10pm yesterday a young man in his early thirties pulled over at the pharmacy with his fiancée. The young man roughly walked in saying ‘Pharm please don’t let me die’ ‘my hands are cold please hold my hand for warmth,’ . I asked what was wrong , he said he was driving back with his fiancée then he suddenly felt weak, his vision became blurred, his head was like he will run mad the next minute. He saw a pharmacy and quickly pulled over .I quickly checked his blood pressure and boom 222/147 with a pulse of 125 (Hypertensive emergency). I quickly popped a pill (name withheld) and asked him to put under his tongue then managed to get him into the car and drove him speedily to a private hospital nearby. Luckily we met a doctor on sit and all hands were on deck to attend to him . He was managed over the night and 30minutes ago, the blood pressure is at 160/100. This guy was extremely lucky but you might not be lucky. Please check your blood pressure NOW!!!!

I've had to try and learn myself that death lies in banality. Accidents too. We risk so much for extremely small gains. We crash cars just because we couldn't wait to read a notification. But when you think about it, the trade deal is "I get to read this notification a few seconds earlier vs. I crash this car, maybe hurt myself and others and have to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars in repair". Exercise care. Especially when you're stressed. Running across the road because you're stressed or late for something is just never, ever worth it compared to what can happen.

NYSC is shutting Corpers up by threatening and begging them not to post the sorry state of their camps. Oyo State Camp in Iseyin is an Eyesore. Terrible to the core. People are reaching out to cry and complain. They can’t speak up because of threats. Hundreds of boys in tiny rooms. People had to sleep in the mosque and any other available space and more people are still arriving. You don’t even want to listen to these voice notes. Nigerians and “manage it” is alarming. If they can’t talk, we will.

Most people don’t understand why we gather plastic bottle so let me explain one more time.. There’s a school in Ajegunle that allows their student pay fees through plastic bottles. A child is tasked to bring about 3 bottle per day till the end of the term to cover for the fees.
