Thanks for another post @CEOAdam in publicly acknowledging that Robinhood doesn’t have company permission/authorization but neither does @coinbase @eToro @solana and many others- they’re like gremlins - there is no litigation repercussions on the business for corporate action against an infringement(keep it in the lanes of the logo and trademarks) - the cease and desist letters are step 1 - it’s either a clear infringement or it’s not - and if it’s willful as in this case it is - as these actions were done with intent - it is a federal crime(this is why Vlad’s response of “what is the concern” is perfect - stamping his acknowledgement of his intent) the disclosure in Jersey and the law changes there do not protect them from whispered disclosures - the infringement has occurred in the States — so court of jurisdiction will be the United States- FYI as part of the civil pursuit we the shareholders need the company to send the letters.
