the existence of actual memristors is highly debated, but ppl make 'memristive systems' under a broader definition. green curves are mine, red is from a paper. Mine don't go thru the origin, I think due to lots of capacitance (oxide layer is 100x thicker than paper)

Homemade memristors (thread)-2 yrs. ago when I was setting up my sputtering chamber, none of the coatings were conductive. This was frustrating but eventually I figured out it was making metal oxides, not metal coatings, bc there was too much O2 in the chamber.
