The Tax System Explained in Beer Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this: - The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing. - The fifth would pay $1. - The sixth would pay $3. - The seventh would pay $7. - The eighth would pay $12. - The ninth would pay $18. - The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59. So, that's what they decided to do. The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve ball.  "Since you are all such good customers," he said, "I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20".  Drinks for the ten men would now cost just $80. The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes, so the first four men were unaffected.  They would still drink for free.  But what about the other six men?  How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his fair share? They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33.  But if they subtracted that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's bill by a higher percentage the poorer he was, to follow the principle of the tax system they had been using, and he proceeded to work out the amounts he suggested that each should now pay. And so the fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% saving). The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3... (33% saving). The seventh now paid $5 instead of $7... (28% saving). The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12... (25% saving). The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18... (22% saving). The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59... (16% saving). Each of the six was better off than before.  And the first four continued to drink for free. But, once outside the bar, the men began to compare their savings. "I only got a dollar out of the $20 saving," declared the sixth man.  He pointed to the tenth man, "but he got $10!" "Yeah, that's right," exclaimed the fifth man. "I only saved a dollar too.  It's unfair that he received ten times more benefit than me!" "That's true!" shouted the seventh man.  "Why should he get $10 back, when I got only $2?  The wealthy get all the breaks!" And that, boys and girls, journalists and government ministers, is how our tax system works.  The people who already pay the highest taxes will naturally get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore.  In fact, they might start drinking overseas, where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier. Even an insanity defense requires evidence that a person’s mental condition met a specific legal threshold at the time of the crime and not simply evidence that she was postpartum, hormonal, depressed, or mentally ill. For most of Western history, women were explicitly characterized as irrational, emotionally unstable, and intellectually inferior because of their reproductive biology. “Hysteria” itself was historically associated with the uterus, and women could be institutionalized under extraordinarily broad standards. So when you argue that a woman’s reproductive biology can make her so fundamentally incapable of controlling herself that she shouldn’t be held accountable for killing someone, you’re resurrecting exactly the premise that female biology makes women less rational, less autonomous, and less responsible for their own decisions than men. It’s the same logic used to excuse black murderers. “They could not help themselves.” You can’t have it both ways. Either women are autonomous adults capable of equal participation in society and deserving of equal justice under the law, or we’re fragile creatures governed by hormonal madness who cannot reliably be trusted with the same agency and responsibility afforded to men. If you genuinely believe the Clancy defense, you’ve constructed a better argument for the paternalism of the 19th century than most 19th-century men ever could. Congratulations!

Let me tell you something, comrade. No American thinks we are exceptional because we are richer, stronger and more powerful than everyone else. We are exceptional because we are American. It is our value system that built wealth, strength, and power. It was the American values etched into the souls of generations of people in this country that built what we have today. Those values are something you clearly cannot understand, or you choose not to, because they would require you building something of your own. Our nation was founded by people who simply wanted a chance to build something for themselves. It wasn’t about being richer than others. It wasn’t about being more powerful than others. It wasn’t about being stronger than others. It’s certainly wasn’t built on what you propose, this hideous belief that you or anyone is somehow entitled to what other people built. That is the antithesis of America. Your ideas would have been laughed out of America 250 years ago. You ran an entire mayoral campaign on seizing assets from others. The sheer concept of expecting the government to force hard-working people to feed, house, and fund other able-bodied men and women would have been roundly ridiculed. In fact, that is why people migrated to America. It was about freedom. They fled oppressive government, they fled the type of tyranny you are promoting. Where their work was not theirs, where the fruits of their labor were taken from them. They fled here not expecting a handout, but simply hoping for a chance to build something on their own. A chance to bet on themselves. That dream is still vibrantly alive today for the those that choose to work hard and pursue it. You, of course, sell that it is not possible. That it is a zero sum game. That the success of one group must therefore be at the expense of another group, which is a disgusting lie disguised as “promoting fairness”. That is the opposite of our American value system. In America, we believe in abundance. We believe in hard work. We believe in merit. We believe in earning things. We believe if you learn, work hard, and do your best, doors will open. And they do. Every time. Every word of this rests on a gun, Congressman, and you never mention it. A "wealth tax" is not a request. When you say the billionaire "must do good for America," you don't mean persuasion. You mean force. You will evaluate a man's holdings and take 5% at gunpoint every year, whether he sold anything or not. Strip away the language of fairness and what remains is seizure. A free man does not "owe" his existence to the collective as rent for the crime of succeeding. And here is what you never say: the producers have been good to Americans, so we should thank them, not rob them. You've reversed the truth. The men who built the companies, the medicines, the technology that raised everyone's standard of living are recast as debtors who must be made to pay. The benefactor becomes the accused. Now the economics, because you've indicted your own case. You cite rising health care and child care costs as the emergency justifying the tax. Fascinating. Messi earns around $1.5 million *per week* from football + football-related commercial deals. Who do you think builds the stadiums he plays in? Makes the kits he sells? Mans the cameras which broadcast his "product" to the world? Cleans the dressing room he changes in? Makes the food supporters buy in the stadium? Brews the beer fans buy in the stadium? Sells the beer fans buy in the stadium? Cuts the grass he plays on? Makes the boots he wears and the millions of replica boots he sells? All of these people's labour goes into making him $1.5 million a week. What do you think the ratio of his weekly earnings is to those people? He earns around $80 million a year from football alone which is approximately 5 times the average top 500 US CEO so by your logic he is FAR more "exploitative" than they are. You read that right. So she is now being dismissed and condemned for being nuts. Gee, who else spoke terribly about Jews and was dismissed for being crazy and not a serious threat? I can’t put my finger on it. Something about a mustache… But it’s not just her. We have the squad. But more recently, Dan Bilzerian, a literal Nazi announced he’s running for congress. Who is Dan Bilzerian, you ask? In a stream with influencer Sneako, Bilzerian said, "I would sign up tomorrow and go put boots on the ground and go kill Israelis," adding, "I truly believe that the majority of that country is evil". During a 2024 interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Bilzerian stated, "I believe Jewish supremacy is the greatest threat to the world today" and claimed Judaism is a "terrible religion". He claimed he would “bet his entire net worth” that fewer than 6 million Jews were killed, saying the numbers have been “revised” and “the mathematics don’t work.” He added that Jews “have killed more Christians than 6 million” and “invented genocide.” He claimed Jews “perpetrated” the Holodomor, assassinated JFK (via Mossad), assassinated Gaddafi, orchestrated 9/11, started the Iraq War, created “transgender nonsense,” and control governments/banking/media. Recently, he called a political opponent (Rep. Randy Fine) a “fat Jew” and said things like “We get it, you’re a Jew, and you support America’s destruction to help your parasitic nation.” Recent posts include “Silence jew,” “You’re not a fellow white, you are a jew,” “Jewish lies lead to Christian and Muslim wars,” and similar. This man is running for US congress. In Florida, no less. No, he won’t win but that’s not the point. Don’t dismiss the fact that he’s running. Mustache man was also dismissed. But it’s not just politics. Ever hear of Candace Owens? Tucker Carlson? Nick Fuentes? Anna Kasparian? Here are some things they’ve said. Candace called Nazi doctor Josef Mengele’s horrific medical experiments on Jewish (and other) prisoners “bizarre propaganda,” claiming some stories “sound completely absurd” and would be “a tremendous waste of time and supplies.” She has also questioned mainstream Holocaust education as indoctrination. Tucker Carlson said is his March 2026 monologue claiming Israel’s strike on Iran was part of a secret plan to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque, rebuild the ancient Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, and trigger a global religious war whose real target is Christian, Western, and white countries. He stated: Israel’s “real target… is not the mullahs in Iran. It’s us, as it always has been.” Anna Kasparian called Israel evil, genocidal, and has destroyed our country,” while claiming it was “about to drag us into another war.” She called Israelis “absolute demons” while claiming to be “God’s chosen people,” said “all Israelis should be ashamed,” and described Israel as a “despicable country built on lies and established on blood-soaked land.” She called Israel’s actions in Gaza “genocide” and the country “evil,” framing it as the “biggest threat to world peace.” All that pales in comparison to Nick Fuentes. Things he’s said? “I love Hitler,” “Hitler was right,” “Hitler was awesome,” and “Hitler was very fing cool,” Yes, really. He said “Talmudic Jews” need to “leave the country or be converted.” He has said Jews “have no place in Western civilization” because they are not Christian, calling them “unassimilable” and part of a “Jewish conspiracy.” These people together have billions of people around the world watching. They are massively influential whether we want to admit it or not. We have reached the point of no return. I refuse to sit here quietly and watch antisemitism escalate day after day. I was given a platform and I intend to use it no matter what. This is the boiling frog phenomenon happening right before our eyes. The water is slowly but surely heating up and reaching a boiling point and no one is noticing it because it’s happening so slowly. I feel like every day, we hit a new low. First we let terrorists march freely with their terrorist flags. Then we let them harass Jews. Then they were allowed to disrupt jewish events. Then they started to assault Jews. Now we’re letting them march freely with dolls of hanging Jews. What’s next? Seriously. I’m asking. What’s next? Please tell me what can happen that hasn’t already happened. Listen, if I told a German Jew what I am telling you right now, if I raised a red flag and told them what’s about to happen, they’d also be offended. They’d also tell me I’m being paranoid. They’d also tell me it won’t happen there. They’d also tell me Hitler is just a crazy dude no one takes seriously. I am not here to offer solutions. I’m not even telling you to make Aliyah. That’s not the topic here and I have no intention of debating whether Israel is safer for Jews (of course it is!). This is not about that. This is me simply raising a colossal red flag and telling you that, yes, we are absolutely back in Nazi Germany and like Nazi Germany, things are about to get a whole lot worse for Jews around the world. I would love nothing more than to be wrong but I’m not. I’m not wrong. I’m right. Antisemitism is back and it’s in full swing with no signs of it slowing down. This has zero to do with Israel or Gaza. It has nothing to do with Iran or Lebanon. All of that are just the excuse they are using this time around. If you still think this is about anti Zionism and not the hatred of Jews, well, I feel very very sorry for you. I truly do. I don’t have any solutions to suggest right now. I am just letting you know we have reached the point of no return and Jews better wake up fast because the genie ain’t going back into the bottle. Let me ask a few innocent questions, purely out of curiosity, of course. At what point in history did the workers ever come to own the means of production under communism, in the ordinary sense of the word “own”? By that I mean the troublesome kind of ownership where one may buy, sell, start a business, quit a job, form a co-op, or keep what one earns without first consulting a committee. I ask because I keep hearing that this is communism’s defining feature, yet I can’t seem to locate it on a map or a timeline. In Russia, the factories belonged to the state. In China, the land belonged to the party. In Cuba, the shops belonged to the regime. In Venezuela, whatever was still standing belonged to whoever had the uniform. I assume the workers owned these things spiritually, or symbolically, or perhaps in theory. One hesitates to ask for details. Meanwhile, under capitalism, an arrangement said to forbid worker ownership, workers appear to stubbornly insist on owning things anyway. They start businesses, buy shares, form partnerships, run co-ops, and occasionally even work for themselves without asking permission from history’s most dangerous occupational safety inspector. This raises another small puzzle. Why is it that every system calling itself “communist” immediately takes ownership of everything for the workers, while the one system accused of exploitation leaves ownership open to anyone willing to earn it? I don’t mean to draw conclusions. I’m merely asking questions. But it does seem that wherever communism is practiced, the workers own nothing, and wherever capitalism exists, they own far more than theory says they should. One must assume this is all a coincidence.

Look at these two charts. Then read this slowly. The United States collects about $2.4 trillion a year in income taxes. That sounds like a lot. It is. In fact, it’s more than the entire national budget of every country on Earth except China. So money is not the problem. Now look at the other number. We lose an estimated $1.5 trillion every year to waste, fraud, and abuse. That’s not roads. That’s not schools. That’s not helping the poor. That’s money that disappears because systems are sloppy, corrupt, or deliberately exploited. Here’s the part that should shock everyone: If we eliminated fraud, the government would only need to collect about $900 billion in income tax to function at today’s level. Not $2.4 trillion. $900 billion. That means something wild: 👉 Everyone making under roughly $500,000 a year could pay zero federal income tax. Literally zero. No trick. No math games. Just stop lighting money on fire. What the first image shows • The U.S. income tax haul alone rivals the full budgets of the biggest countries on Earth • Only China’s total government budget is larger • We already tax enough to run a superpower What the second image shows • Most income tax is paid by people far below “the rich” • Middle and upper-middle earners already carry the load • Even taxing “the rich” harder doesn’t come close to covering fraud losses So why do politicians keep saying “tax the rich”? Because cutting fraud requires competence and accountability. Raising taxes is easier. • You don’t have to fix broken systems • You don’t have to fire anyone • You get a bigger pot of money to hand out And when politicians control a bigger pot, they reward: • Special interests • Political allies • Groups that guarantee votes That’s how you end up with luxury hotels paid for by taxpayers, while working families: • Skip doctor visits • Avoid prescriptions • Fear one medical bill will ruin them This is why it matters to everyone • High taxes slow businesses and kill jobs • Waste steals from the vulnerable first • Fraud crowds out real help for people who actually need it An economy doesn’t collapse because people work too hard or succeed too much. Empires fall when: • Contribution is punished • Accountability disappears • Corruption becomes normal The solution is not higher taxes We do not need more failed programs. We do not need to punish productivity. We need: • Accountability • Fraud enforcement • Systems that work • Education tied to real future careers • A culture that rewards contribution instead of demonizing it This isn’t left vs right. This is math. We don’t have a money problem. We have a fraud problem. And until we fix that, no tax hike will ever be enough.
