@AirCanada I got through an entire reservation. Air Canada offered a new credit card with benefits so I applied and was approved. I get to the end of the reservation and there was no provision to pay with the new card to receive the benefits. So I tried calling , no human beings!

@AirCanada refuses 2 compensate for cancelations within their control due to piss poor maintenance. @CTA_gc fails to issue timely fines and judgements that prohibit airlines from taking advantage of passengers. Legal action should be taken against @AirCanada and @CTA_gc #dobetter

Booked a flight with @AirCanada with wife, 2 kids. I pre-booked everything, including seats and bassinet. Part of flight got canceled and @AirCanada is refusing to honor my booked seats in another flight. Worst agent we have ever dealt with Matt from Tampa call center

It is legit impressive how bad this has been. I just want to file a claim. Staff at one point refused to file a missing bag claim (I can't file online) until I gave my freq flyer number. I have a migraine and just threw up, so yeah, my priorities are elsewhere. Wtf @AirCanada?

4 gates changes in just over 40 mins by @AirCanada 🤪🙄 It’s changed to D36 …. ummm we mean D34 … no hang on, D32. Actually, let’s go back to D34 again!!! Got to love delays with numerous gate changes thrown in for added fun!! #aircanada

@acoyne Sadly I can’t cancel my @AirCanada flight to the US booked before the election. Maybe they should allow passengers who booked US flights to rebook to Canada, Mexico, Europe or ….anywhere!!

So @AirCanada forced me to check my carry on bag because it would not allegedly fit on the overhead bin even though I flew in with the same bag and now I am missing my international connecting flight because my bag won’t be able to make it on time. What the actual fuck

It looks like I will be reunited with my belongings after @AirCanada had my luggage delayed for +2 weeks (since 02/11)
