This is super sad because Danny Trejo will do any movie, including student films where he works for free just to get a young filmmakers project off the ground. You have to be the actual devil to take advantage of someone that has that kind of work ethic and love for his craft.

I am angry tonight. Because today ICE shot a New Yorker. They shot a New Yorker while his five year old child was in the car. ICE makes this city less safe. We want them out. Now.

Hey Cornell, because of your shit decisions my 14-year old daughter had the absolute joy of listening to two boys on her bus talk about the situation at your university and then say “if (teenage girl) doesn’t give consent, I’ll just get her drunk and rape her”. Nice fucking work

this could’ve been so bad oh my god

🆘🆘 YANG (ID 258864), 3 MONTH OLD, – IN QUEENS ACC - came into the shelter as a stray on 7/3/2026. 🆘🆘 😿 😿 😿 😿 ➡️TBD 10/10/26 ➡️ ONLY A BABY – JUST BEGINNING LIFE ➡️ MEDICAL PRIORITY – NEEDS MORE CARE AND ATTENTION THAN THE SHELTER CAN PROVIDE –IN FELINE ICU😱😱😱 ➡️ 🆘🆘 1ST Chance on Emergency Placement List – VERY URGENT – 🆘🆘 😱🔥🔥😱 ➡️ 98 DAYS IN SHELTER – TOO LONG – TIME IS RUNNING OUT ➡️ YANG IS ON THE EPL FOR MEDICAL REASONS - Yang is a kitten with chronic conjunctivitis who has now developed a corneal ulceration. She needs continued treatment with frequent medication administration, which we are unable to provide in shelter. If her ocular disease persists or if the damage to her eyes is severe, then she may need enucleation(s). Behaviorally, Yang is sweet and allows all handling. This evaluation/diagnosis means that YANG will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 What my friends at ACC say about me: It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children. I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles! I have been known to shower my favorite people in love! Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy! My purr motor is always running! Need some biscuits for your breakfast? I'm an expert kneader! Yang interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience. ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke @mehser12 💔😿🙏Thank you

🆘🆘 NOELLE (ID 267396), 2 YO, FEMALE– IN MANHATTAN ACC - came into the shelter as an aco - owner surrender on 10/5/2026, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance - landlord won't allow. 🆘🆘 😿 😿 😿 😿 ➡️TBD 10/10/26 ➡️ MEDICAL PRIORITY – NEEDS MORE CARE AND ATTENTION THAN THE SHELTER CAN PROVIDE –IN MAIN MEDICAL😱😱😱 ➡️ 🆘🆘 1ST Chance on Emergency Placement List – VERY URGENT – 🆘🆘 😱🔥🔥😱 ➡️ 4 DAYS IN SHELTER – TOO LONG – TIME IS RUNNING OUT ➡️ NOELLE IS ON THE EPL FOR MEDICAL REASONS -Noelle is a friendly cat who was surrendered. We have assessed that Noelle has neurologic deficits and started her on empirical treatment for toxoplasma. Noelle will need further follow up with a neurologist and need medical care that we can not provide here. She has a been very friendly when handled, but has very jerky head movements which can make handling difficult. This evaluation/diagnosis means that NOELLE will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Noelle came to ACC from a hoarding situation, so we don't have much information regarding her specific behavior in a home environment. She has been very friendly to staff while in care with us, although her current medical condition can make handling a little tricky at times. ❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke 💔😿🙏Thank you

He raped Celeste from the age of 12, murdered her, dismembered her body, and sang about her death ... and people will still say the death penalty for him is too far… At what point does sympathy for the offender become an insult to the child who suffered?

She is extremely intelligent and high energy, and needs to expend energy constructively with interactive play sessions 3-4X/day. In addition to playtime, this cat would also benefit from mental exercise from activities such as puzzle toys/games, lick mats, or clicker training. Without providing activity for her mind and body, the cat may react with rough play, potentially resulting in bite/scratch incidents. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption.🔥🔥🔥🔥 Oreo Girl is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and/or may require further investigation before placement in a home. 🆘🆘 LEO (ID 239429), 2 YO, MALE – IN QUEENS ACC - came into the shelter as an aco - owner surrender on 5/16/2026, with the surrender reason stated as animal behavior - destructive tendencies. 🆘🆘 😿 😿 😿 😿 🆘🆘 UPDATE – UPDATE – POOR POOR LEO WAS RETURNED TO THE EPL ON 10/4/26 – LITERALLY ON BORROWED TIME NOW – BEYOND URGENT – LET’S HELP HIM GET SAFE 🆘🆘 ➡️TBD 10/8/26 ➡️ TOO LOW ON PLEDGES TO STIMULATE RESCUE INTEREST ➡️ TOO LOW ON PLEDGES TO STIMULATE RESCUE INTEREST ➡️🆘🆘 11TH Chance on Emergency Placement List – 11 TIMES IS ALMOST UNPRECEDENTED – AND SHELTER AT CAPACITY - ALL HANDS ON DECK - NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT/HELP LEO- HIGHEST EU/SILENT KILL RISK- VERY LIKELY LAST CALL🆘🆘 😱🔥🔥😱 ➡️ 144 DAYS IN SHELTER – TOO LONG – TIME IS RUNNING OUT ➡️ LEO IS ON THE EPL FOR BEHAVIORAL REASONS - While social in the care center, he displays signs of overstimulation during interactions and has a bite/scratch history. He is extremely intelligent and high energy, and needs to expend energy constructively with interactive play sessions 3-4X/day. In addition to playtime, this cat would also benefit from mental exercise from activities such as puzzle toys/games, lick mats, or clicker training. Without providing activity for his mind and body, the cat may react with rough play, potentially resulting in bite/scratch incidents. This designation often means that the cat will be given very little time for rescue/foster/adoption.🔥🔥🔥🔥 A volunteer writes: "Leo is a sweetheart who displays a lot of kindness, consideration for others, and affection," and honestly, that's all you need to know to understand why everyone here adores him. But there's even more to love. "He is very friendly. He tends to like to be around people, involved in whatever you're doing, and loves to sleep on our laps or at our feet." His previous family shared that Leo has always loved meeting new people, greeting visitors with enthusiastic head bunts, cuddles, and plenty of charm. That affectionate, social spirit shines through every day at the shelter. The moment someone walks by, Leo stretches his chunky paws up on his door, eager to say hello and hopeful that today might be his day. He rolls onto his back, reaches for attention, and greets each new visitor like an old friend. Leo is one of those cats who simply wants to be part of your world. Whether he's supervising your chores, soaking up affection, or flopping over for belly-up stretches, he brings a special mix of sweetness, goofiness, and companionship that has made him a staff and volunteer favorite. Leo is looking for the right home where his behavioral needs can be understood and managed. He has a history of getting extremely overstimulated. He would prefer a home without any children or any other pets. He needs lots of playtime and enrichment to help him settle in and live his best life. Beneath it all is a big-hearted, affectionate cat who has never stopped believing that his people are out there. We can't wait for the day this lovable boy finally gets the happy ending he's been waiting so patiently for. Leo is in need of some extra activity due to his weight gain in care. He would benefit from a strict diet and some exercise to help him on his weight loss journey❤️ 😻❤️ 😻❤️ 😻 NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER ASAP – Please RT or pledge, if you can, to save this little one. @AdamsPaulGrimke @mehser12 💔😿🙏Thank you
