For those who don't see a problem with illegals flooding CPD District buildings, consider this: Some 1,500 illegals are sheltering at CPD buildings and another 300 are at O'Hare. Chicago is expecting thousands more by year's end and @ChicagosMayor still has no plan to fix it.
