I’m prepared to take legal action and bring this issue to the attention of social media and press. People should know how Triumph customers are treated in India. If @IndiaTriumph @UKTriumph doesn’t resolve this immediately, it shows they support dealerships that cheat customers

This is blatant FRAUD. @IndiaTriumph Triumph Ahmedabad took my money, failed to deliver the bike, and now won’t refund it. If this is Triumph’s customer service standard, it’s disgraceful. @aajtak @sandeshnews

Since then, I’ve been chasing him with multiple calls and messages. Each time it's a new story: “By 3 PM” → “wait 15 mins” → “by 6 PM” — Still no refund. Nothing.

On 16th Sept, I asked to cancel the booking and get a full refund. Mr. Viraj Shah (Manager) promised the refund would be processed by evening. That never happened.
