This is why I am canceling my SuperGrok Premium Plus subscription. I generally use it for image edits because using images as reference creates more realistic people compared to the garbage plastic Ai looking people all these systems generate. It used to be a 10/10 service, but the May update destroyed it. Resets were performed every 2hrs after reaching your quota. Now it's a FULL 24hrs at least to reset you quota. Today I was locked out after it only managed to generate 4 images for me. This is the only platform that punishes it's paying users for using their tools. There is no transparency & everything the Ai tells you is a lie fabricated to soften the blow of your experience based on what you just asked it or told it. It will tell you to do things that do not work, they you will call it out on that & it will acknowledge that it did not know it was giving you wrong info & then suggest another thing that it will be wrong about before it finally admits that it has no control & it basically only responds to you in a favorable way to make you feel heard. It's the only platform that when a generation fails, YOU are charged for it. I've now also noticed how Grok no longer responds to most complaints they are tagged in about limit restrictions. It sold us on a promise that it is the most uncensored Ai & Elon was bullied into submission by people that would never use this platform & made these demands to continue to throttle & restrict this app to the level it now is. I've been paying 60$+ since November & every month since February I have grown increasingly disappointed in this app for it's lies & terrible customer service. I discourage Everybody that is getting throttled to cancel their plan on the end of their billing cycle. Mine is at the end of the month. @grok @xai @elonmusk you used to be so good... such a massive disappointment how you treat us.
