@yammytdm900 @jimbo_h_46 @RoyalMail I’ve been in touch, Royal Mail has the item shown as delivered so the seller keeps attaching the same statement, over and over, I’ve not got the item, Its only a £16 roll of welding wire so not worth the trouble of perusing but I’m still out of pocket for that amount.

@suicideresearch Had all sorts of trouble with them over Xmas 6 cards didn’t turn up in time , I reordered ahd asked for money back when they turned up after the later ordered cards never heard a dicky bird. They are using royal mail which is the problem it seems. @MoonpigUK

@RoyalMail Shocking service from you guys! 4 parcels ‘delivered’ and not 1 has come! Called customer support twice and no help at all! Had to do my own searching for these missing parcels! Still missing All other deliver services have no trouble finding me! Why can’t you!

I am disgusted by @RoyalMail @PostOffice & the theft they ignore! I send a lot of post, and over the years things go 'missing' or arrive opened, this is the final straw, the past 3 times I’ve sent my Niece or Nephew items in the post they've arrived opened by an employee...pt1 RT

A warning to anyone using @AmazonUK - items returned via their Royal Mail service that are opened by someone enroute and returned empty aren't refunded even when receipts show the weight. Down £750 through #Theft at @RoyalMail or @AmazonUK #scammeralert

@RoyalMail I get that at christmas things are busy but you dont need to open the post for us....this is happening to far too many of our deliveries. This is by far the worst though #royalmail #postal

...i have respect for those who are working on the front line these days, i dont have respect for this who are stealing packages. Heres the box "left at 21"from yesterday. Perfectly sliced open with a knife or scissors. This is a dtd. Has no value. So it was returned. @RoyalMail

@RoyalMail Why is it that every birthday card I have received in the post this month has one end of the envelope opened? Are your workers looking for money? Who are you employing? Every single one has had a slit along one side of the envelope & it's making me angry.
