India's 1st grass-root Integrated Refinery cum Petrochemical Complex being set-up by HPCL in Barmer, Rajasthan will Empower - Enable - Enrich the people in the region and take us further towards an #AatmaNirbharBharat @HardeepSPuri @Rameswar_Teli @PetroleumMin @Secretary_MoPNG

The refinery will produce about 26% of petchem products from the very beginning. It has a Nelson Complexity Index of 17 & is highly energy efficient. It will have worlds’ largest Polypropylene Unit & Polyethylene swing unit to make more than 30 different polymer grades.

Local content in construction is more than 85% promoting #AatmaNirbharBharat🇮🇳 More than 60% of the project has been completed despite setbacks faced during 2 years of the pandemic outbreak.
