The trial of the migrant who raped a 10 year old girl at CityWest Hotel in Dublin was due to start today. Instead, the prosecutor has dropped the charges, on the date of the trial commencing. Judge Nolan has accepted this and immediately released the migrant. The State also happens to have been the legal guardian for that 10 year old girl. The State was also supposed to have deported him half a year before the assaults. And by the way, the migrant himself admitted guilt to one of the two charges, stating that he kissed her. His excuse was that she told him she was 18… a 10 year old girl. 🚨 PAEDOPHILE JAKE HARD STAFF GUILTY OF 27 SEXUAL OFFENCES - INCLUDING 10 COUNTS OF RAPE Jake Hardstaff, 35, of Maple Road, Boston, has been found guilty of 27 sexual offences against four victims, including three girls, one of whom was just NINE YEARS OLD when the abuse began. Following a 14-day trial at Lincoln Crown Court, Hardstaff was convicted of multiple offences committed between June 2019 and June 2024, including: 🔴 10 counts of rape, including two involving children under 13 🔴 3 counts of assaulting a child under 13 by penetration 🔴 7 counts of sexual assault on a female 🔴 Further offences involving sexual activity with children, penetration without consent and coercive control. The court heard harrowing accounts of years of physical and emotional abuse. Four victims - one adult and three children - came forward to expose the abuse. One witness said: “He has done such a sadistic, sickening thing.” Hardstaff denied all the allegations. He was acquitted of three counts of rape and one count of controlling or coercive behaviour.
