@WestJetNews @WestJet @SAS @WestJet I missed my flight due to a medical emergency, but WestJet still marked me as a no-show, kept my money, and refused any alternative. This treatment is unfair and unacceptable.

@SAS I have a flight today nyc to CpH I was suppose to be sent my new Flight info and conf. I never received it now my flight confirmation YQUJPG is not working and I’m stuck please help me no one is reachable in the USA now. I’m an avid SAS this time Its been a bad travel 😭

@SAS I booked a flight to Copenhagen from IAD in July. I have the receipts, etc, but the flight still does not show up in my account. How will I be able to check in 24 hours earlier HELP

@SAS @AirFranceKLM Do not use SAS Airlines. Their dynamic pricing screws educated consumers. Find another airline to fly with.

@SAS @anko_der DO NOT USE SAS AIRLINES. They screw educated consumers who do their due diligence. They call it Dynamic Pricing which means those of us who shop for the best deal lose and those who book last second might be lucky enough to benefit from a 50% off promotion. So sad

@SAS Thanks, but will it be possible to clarify this here itself? Just want to know your airline's policy on this. Not too keen on waiting endlessly to connect with your CSA through chat/phone. Tried once and couldn't get past the AI chatbot. It refuses to connect me with a human CSA!

@SAS at Arlanda, you changed gates, no announcement and I missed my flight. Only flight of the day to Kalmar. Very unfair.

@SAS I’m flying from Bilbao with a layover — do I need to collect my checked baggage during the layover, or will it be transferred automatically to my final destination?

@SAS @embraer Because of a bug in your system, we had to buy new tickets (following instructions from your support), and now you’re refusing to refund the tickets we were forced to purchase in order to get home. This is not okay. How are you going to resolve this? @SAS

@SAS I had booked the flight via booking.com for 11 May 2025 and cancelled the same within 3 hours and was supposed to get full refund. Now booking.com has sent half refund stating another person has flown. This is wrong. X7XXLV

@SAS I was misled on the SAS Airlines website and instead of booking Reykjavík to Copenhagen I ended up booking Helsinki Copenhagen on November 13th the booking reference is XK2LFJ I will pay the difference, if any, but I need them to change it from Helsinki to Reykjavík
