@SF_investigates I was shocked he disclosed that information I don’t think I would have. 🤷🏽♀️
@SF_investigates I still do not understand the very robotic reactions of the mother. She does not look into the camera either. If it were me and my son was missing I would be a wreck, but a wreck out searching for my son! Don’t understand why she needed to leave town!!!
@SF_investigates In this case, I disagree. The responsibility is where a child lives full time.
Unfortunately, from a legal perspective, it’s not quite that cut and dry. I believe Seth said he only has him every other weekend. If he doesn’t have custody during the week and mom refuses, Seth would have to take her to court to get an order requiring her to allow him to have visitation on that particular day to take Sebastian to therapy. Since their case is in California, it would have to be transferred to Tenn first. It’s not impossible by any means, but the process can be overwhelming and seem impossible to anyone who doesn’t understand how the system works and/or can’t afford an attorney.
Something I’ve noticed is Chris and Katie have not given any recent interviews to YouTubers, which is most appropriate IMO. Seth however seems to make the rounds to several. Many “creators” are defending Seth because they want him to keep coming back. For the “creators” it’s all about using Sebastian to make their $$. It’s sickening! However, Seth has not appeared since Katie put out a rebuttal to his latest claims. Imagine the pressure Sebastian was under living between these two. I pray they can find a way to send a unified message and keep the focus on finding Sebastian
@SF_investigates You can still be equal & < or > at the same time. Joint legal custody gives each the same rights for medical, education, religion, etc.: physical custody may be not = as in e/o weekend, holidays, etc, days actually with said parent. Takes coparenting to make it work for child.
@SF_investigates I'm literally watching Vinnie Politan's interview from yesterday right now. There's SO much on both sides that doesn't make sense, but more so on the mother's side. I do agree with you, that they both had a responsibility.
