Much appreciated. We tried this on our side, and it played the expected version, so we're not sure why it's playing the remix for you. We'll pass this along to our team for review. As a work-around for now, try naming the artist explicitly by asking for "Who Let The Dogs Out by the Baha Men" and let us know if that works.

@callmemabie Got it, thanks. When the song starts playing, does the Sonos App show the album art, artist/song name you'd expect? Or does it identify that the song is a remix? If you can, a screenshot of the Now Playing screen would be helpful in chasing this down.

@mimimama_12 Certainly nothing that should cause that behavior! Shoot us a DM with your registered email address. We'll take a look and help to get it working as it should again.

Hey Adnan, since you're having trouble with the app showing your speakers we recommend submitting a diagnostic and shooting us a DM with your email as well as the confirmation number from the diagnostic. This will let us get a look at what might be happening. support.sonos.com/article/submit…

@nathanalanjohns @Spotify Hey Nate, are you trying to stream from the Spotify app to Sonos or from Spotify in the Sonos app? Does one provide better results than the other?

@MWRobbo Yup, that's exactly how we'd recommend doing it today. It would certainly be easier if our team can find a way to do something similar from the Sonos App itself, so we'll pass this along. Thanks!

@george_rook Hi George, you're right that Sonos has always work with Apple Music. When you mention that it's prevented somehow, what are you seeing? Mind sending us a DM with screenshots of what you're seeing?
