These mothers - our sisters - are left at home and feel a loss of spirituality. I have a very simple recommendation. I recommend to all the brothers - the husbands, the fathers - this Ramadan, trade off with your wife.

Focus on the small things you can do - listen to the Qur’an, make sure that you are engaged in dhikr and remembrance in between work and taking care of the children.

I know we like to pray long taraweeh and long qiyaam but bigger doesn’t mean better - small, but consistent, deeds can go a very long way with Allah (SWT).
