@davislimxw Hi there, kindly allow us to share that if you wish to port in from M1 Prepaid to Singtel Postpaid, you’ll first need to convert your M1 Prepaid service to Singtel Prepaid. Once you’re on Singtel Prepaid, you can then request a port-in to Singtel Postpaid. Thank you.🙏 - Soo
