I’d urge @MichaelParsa to read the OAP panel report and tell me where it says that the amount a child receives should be determined by a 4 hour phone call with an employee, who is not a clinician, who has also never met or evaluated the child. I’ll wait. 7/8
@MichaelParsa’s numbers are misleading, and in no way tell the real story. Under the new program some kids are receiving way more than they need, while others receive not nearly enough. It’s both wasteful and insufficient at the same time. Is that “world class?” 6/8
