In mid-2008, says Vorster, Watson entered Vorster's office with a man named Kevin Wakeford, who Watson introduced to Vorster. They discussed "cement" orders.

They didn't complain. We were working very had over the festive season," says Vorster of an influx of detainees at Lindela.
