The time to buy a great company is when the market sentiment is obsessed with macro fears. Valuations will be favourable to the investor only when sentiment is most unfavourable. Buying in that window of time is not an option if you are a serious investor.

The most amazing #investing of 2020 & 2021 was people buying a MF scheme that was investing based on earnings of 2029. It was only buying stocks which sold at valuations discounting 2029 profits. The "smarter" ,"safer" investors started doing SIP in that fund for "long term".
