@TheRangeUK hi trying to get an update on an in store order. Confirmation refers me to WhatsApp or customer support telephone number which is no longer working and no replies to WhatsApp messages 2 days running.

@MartinSLewis please help me. Ive been trying to get a refund from @TheRangeUK for 2 weeks, last night I was contacted by them which also culminated in me sending them another £230 as they clearly were not trained in how the app they told me to download to obtain my refund worked

@TheRangeUK I’ve just placed an order and chose saver delivery. After I checked out and paid I noticed on the confirmation it says “ delivered by 31 December” !!! I don’t want to wait 8 months to receive it?!

@TheRangeUK Please can you look into the heating and air conditioning in the Weymouth Store? Even in winter it was like walking in the tropics it’s so hot even staff are not happy 😡🥵🥵 I have just left the store and it was an uncomfortable visit!

@TheRangeUK the customer service is absolutely appalling... can't call to talk to someone, whatsapp chat is completely useless, every day new agent is asking me to explain the problem and then just blank me. I never got my parcel and can't get a refund! Avoid The Range online
