Me: my tummy's not feeling well. Daphne: you want some clear, liquid? Me: water? Daphne: Yeah. But, like, bubbly.

Ugh. How can both Diablo 4 and FFXVI come out in the same month???

@TheSunnyPodcast are you guys ever coming to Canada?

Giving employees a wage that matches inflation? Unaffordable. Giving a foreign company 13 BILLION dollars in subsidies and handouts? No big deal. #PSACStrike2023

@sasspirella4379 @Christina_Mae_1 @TBS_Canada @MonaFortier It's a misleading statement for sure. If she said, "at the end of the contract, you'll be making $6,250 more/year than you were at the beginning," that'd be accurate. But "an extra $6,250 annually" implies an annual increase of $6,250.

@TBS_Canada @MonaFortier Can you show your math? Either, you're saying everyone's getting a 9% increase each year (which isn't the offer) (avg salary $69500 + $6250= 9%) OR you're saying the average employee makes $202265 (which they don't) (202265+ $6250=3%).

@TBS_Canada Why are you writing a letter to us, @MonaFortier? Shouldn't this all be happening at the negotiating table? Or, since you responded so well to an open letter from small business lobbyists, you figured open letters are the way to go?

@Christina_Mae_1 @sasspirella4379 @TBS_Canada No, your math is wrong. The 9% is "over three years," not "each year for three years." The annual increase is only 3%. If the average salary is $69,500, then 3% is only $2,085 each year. A 3% increase that equals $6,250, the average salary would need to be approx. $202,265.

@dateayorkshire @psac_afpc All the people that voted for a strike mandate (ie: the majority of members) "wanted this," in that, they wanted a fair deal, and were willing to strike to get it.

No, @CraveCanada looks like *your* device "is not connected to the internet."

Second week in a row, @CraveCanada isn't prepared for all the people that wanna watch #thelastofus

Remember when they kept lowering corporate taxes? And they said it was to help "boost the economy" through corporate spending? So now that they're trying to slow the economy, to reduce inflation, they'll just raise those corporate taxes back up, right?

@MrsJoJoJones12 @ComplexMusic *9 months post partum.

If interest rates on money we borrow has been going up to deal with inflation, how come the interest rate my bank pays me on my savings account is still sitting at 1.5%??? Seems all these increases do is give more of our money to banks.

The word "superfluous" seems unnecessarily fancy. What's the word for that again?

.@FIFAWorldCup "let's bring the world together!" World: "sounds great! How?" FIFA: "By pitting countries against each other in a competition to see which country is the best."

@TheSunnyPodcast @GlennHowerton @RMcElhenney The site says you don't ship internationally?

@meganganz so, will you ship to Canada? Or no? International orders are shipped with USPS, but you don't ship internationally?
