The cringe advice is f*cking true. Do work that doesn’t feel like work. Turn goals into daily habits. Have a life operating system. Start a business to get wealthy. Be obsessed. Be relentless. Stop asking for permission like a b*tch. Have a psychopathic sense of urgency. Treat people like you want to be treated. Choose love not hate. Spend more time with your parents. Embrace rock bottom as a breakthrough. Have fun. Develop a killer mindset. Live like you’ll be dead tomorrow. The good life is hard. It’s a struggle. And that’s the greatest f*cking feeling in the world.

Burnout isn't real. You only experience burnout when you live a life you shouldn't be living and do nothing about it. Stress is good for you. If you run from it and call it burnout, you're missing the point. Eliminate the bullsh*t work, not the stress. Time off doesn't fix it. Changing your life does.
