@TravelodgeUK is it true the travelodge double-books rooms so that some people end up with nowhere to stay? I know this happened in Llandudno recently. What’s the travelodge policy??

@TravelodgeUK serious issues with paying for parking at Colchester Northern Gateway, told to go outside at almost midnight to get a signal to be able to pay! phone signal blockage no calls or texts - WiFi cost £7 a night for family room! Can’t complain, website down! Very poor

@TravelodgeUK So Travelodge Docklands. No one at bar at 10.30 at night. Queues of people waiting. Two nights in a row. What kind of service is this.

Hotel WiFi is so unfit for purpose. Spent £10 on @TravelodgeUK WiFi and it literally can’t even load a song on Spotify. Actually tragic. Can’t wait for years from now when the “We’re you mis-sold shitty hotel WiFi?” ads start appearing.

@AceTrainerLiam @TravelodgeUK I spend a fair bit of time in hotels now with game markets so I bought an EE 120GB WiFi dongle. It cost me £100 but it soon pays for itself instead of hotel wifi.

@TravelodgeUK what time does free parking end on day of checkout? Specifically at Nottingham EM Airport hotel. I’m staying on Sunday night and am going out on Monday with family and don’t need my car as we will be using theirs so can I leave it at the hotel until 6pm?

Staying at a @TravelodgeUK up in London for a concert as @GeoffNorcott continually bangs on about how much value they are. And at only £60 for tonight (admittedly in Tolworth) I can’t disagree. He should be the face of @TravelodgeUK , and all he’d want is a breakfast…

@TravelodgeUK It would be nice to let your customers know that the lift is out of order at your Nottingham EM Airport hotel, I had to struggle down two flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase & not to mention the fact I have a hernia.

@TravelodgeUK I've now had contact with all three different lines with different call line departments and you've asked for WhatsApp details. I was just called by someone called 'Jim' from south east Asia who does not understand what the term double booked means.

@TravelodgeUK Your man Jim kept asking me to explain the problem. No amount of effort to do this was understood. It went like this: ''You were charged twice, what is doubled booked, you were charged for two rooms? Can you explain what is the problem please''.

@TravelodgeUK How can it be a scam? It was answered by three different Travelodge names. All asking for contact details. How do you expect people to trust you when you ask to get in contact privately?
