X allows us to send money to users who have not signed up for X Money yet. X holds those funds for 14 days and then returned to our balance if the user doesn't sign up. These funds will also enter the buyback pool. We will also be adding a manual claim option on our site for X users who received redirected fees but can’t claim them through X Money.
