@reynlord getting after it with his HD9s 🥁🔥 At 16.25" long and .61" in diameter, the HD9s feature hickory construction, medium taper, and an oval wood tip for a balanced feel with added reach and leverage. Anyone else looking to put some extra weight behind their playing? 👊

This is one of those stank face grooves, for real. Thankfully @williebdrums rocks Extreme 8D's for that extra reach to make grooves like this so much easier 🥢 If you haven't tried your favorite profile in the extreme variant, this is your call!

It's not just about the weight of the material, but how the sticks affect your sound. This is ultimately what dictates the true "feel" of your playing 😎 The Hickory is noticeably denser than the Maple; how would you describe the difference in their tone?

You only get one set of ears in life, and hearing damage is permanent! Protect them while you play. We recognize that whether you're behind the kit, in the pit, or front row at a show, ear protection matters. Vic Firth hearing protection keeps the music alive without the damage.
