@AmazonHelp I changed my name for product reviews on #Amazon. However, I can't find a way to change or remove my public profile photo. The account photo was easy to change (the one only I can see). Is there any way to change the public image, or am I doomed to the current photo?

@AmazonHelp: #FIREHAZARD!! DO NOT BUY oven rack shields! Ours burst into flames while the oven was warming up! Smoke in the #kitchen! Had to open all the windows! Luckily it didn't have enough air in the oven & burnt itself out!😡 #Amazon #JeffBezos

@amazonHelp @amazon @amazonFrance Sent all the evidence, including the related invoices and video footage. So @amazonHelp just thanked me, saying they are very cautious about scamming and "silence on the radio" - no refund for you. @amazonFrance prioritizes reputation over customers.

@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp I've had no reply in over 2 weeks from [email protected] about a £300 refund for a wrong Apple Watch sent (order 206-9811381-1833166). I returned what I received - now being told I returned the "wrong" item and threatened with recharge. Please escalate.

Trying to sell designs on @AmazonUK Merch feels impossible. Every upload gets instantly rejected with no clear reason. All designs are original, made using my own AI prompts. Yet I see blatant copyright violations on the site daily. How does that work? #amazon #amazonmerch

@AmazonHelp In what world is this the proper way to ship a fragile glass item? Now I have to wait a week for the exchange and drop off the broken item. It came via UPS, you should pay for a pickup.
