@Avis How do I go about disputing an add-on I did not accept? This rental has been my worst experience with Avis as a President’s Club member and I am extremely disappointed to see that even my bill was incorrect.

@Avis how can I setup a reservation in December to be called the day before my reservation that I won’t have the car I reserved. When asking the branch, they said they knew about this for a week. I then called customer service to be told reservations aren’t guaranteed #Fail

@Avis I made a reservation coming up that I placed months ago for a car that fits my two small children with car seats and 3 adults and now you’re saying the car I ordered is not available in the system and you only have 5 passenger cars!!! Please fix this.

@Avis can you confirm why there would be a £371 charge to return my deposit after hiring a car in serbia. Who do i contact. I thought they were refunding the deposit not making an extra charge.
