cz dropped a bombshell: "cryptocurrency was designed as currency for ai. ai won't pay with a card, enter an sms code, go through kyc, or aml. that doesn't work for ai." this statement was made at the token2049 event in dubai last year. every month since then only confirms this vision... more and more agents are emerging, and they all need to store money, receive money, and move it without human involvement and without borders. what do these payments actually look like? instant and tiny - thousands of transactions per second, between counterparties that aren't human. two‑day bank transfers with identity checks and paperwork don't work for this. card payment gateways don't work for this. there's only one pathway on earth built for such payments between ai agents. and it's striking in its obviousness. why didn't anyone think of this before?
