@Evri_DeliveryUK this is becoming a regular occurrence. Please don’t load drivers up with too many parcels they cannot deliver. I wait in for them to be told they won’t be delivered and I have to be in the next working day which means I take more time off that I am not paid for.

evri your driver of van 15 from Swindon is lazy and incompetent! This was not delivered to my home but 0.7 miles away! Left in the open, you are lucky that it was not raining today, there were houses near that they could have tried! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@HeinzUK please stop using @evri__care , they are incompetent, lying and just plain lazy at delivering your goods. They lied when they said the parcel had been delivered, we found it by the side of the road nearly a mile away from where it should have been delivered.

@evri__care Delivered to such a safe location. So safe that no one can find it!? Where did you leave it this time? Probably chucked out the car into a field!?

@SportsDirectUK @NeilSupervisor @SportDirec_sp @Vueling_vk Been trying for ages to talk to one of your staff but your all busy apparently and I have a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered but evri told me it's been stolen who do I contact to get it redelivered

@Evri_DeliveryUK So,,, you try to make an enquiry with customer services about sending a parcel,,,,, but the first thing they they ask for is a tracking number. A tracking number that obviously doesn`t exist yet, because I haven`t sent the parcel yet, er,,,,,,, who thought that one up ?

@Evri__Delivery I am chasing an incident I raised a couple of weeks ago and your enquiry line won’t work any chance I can speak to a human being ?

Shops that offer an Evri drop off service but then tut and roll their eyes at you when you try to drop off a parcel. Can we hand them over to Mauritius too?

The worst feeling in the world is receiving a "We've got your parcel" notification from Evri, because the chaos that's about to unfold is unmatched.

@GranadaReports could you investigate how the courier firm Evri can lose / damage or fail to deliver parcels for an entire village for over a week and remain un contactable? Even emailing the CEO Martijn de Lange achieves nothing. Black Friday and Christmas will be fun!

@OfficialPLT your a bag of 💩. Evri delivers my parcel to a person who lives 8 floors below me and calls them my neighbour. When I tell you I cannot relocate the parcel you tell me there’s nothing to do because it was delivered to my ‘neighbour’.

@Evri_DeliveryUK sick and tired of your drivers saying there delivering on what day and time then say sorry can’t today, I pay for next day delivery cos it’s needed not for the fun of it

@Evri_DeliveryUK It's the abysmal customer service you provide that makes people desperate. At least scammers pick up the phone. I'll actively avoid any company that uses @Evri_DeliveryUK for deliveries.

@SportsDirectUK I am absolutely discussed with the level of service I have received from your customer service department. I would strongly advise that in future people do not use your company or Evri 🤬🤬
