@ArimahTobe What’s material is the time and place of transmission. The law says it should be done after completion of the process of election at polling units. Not at the collation centre. INEC has failed. Transmitting afterwards defeats the very intention of the law for this requirement.

On election day, come out in large groups. Tinubu's hooligans are cowards. When they try to attack polling centres but they see crowds of 1,000+ people who are willing and able to defend themselves, they will disappear quickly. Tinubu and everyone working for him are cowards.
