오늘 들은 우울감해소에 대한 팁. 1. 피로하면 우울감이 생기는 이유 : 나아질 거란 기대감이 없을 때 우울감이 오는데 피로가 해소되지 않을 거라는 절망감에서 우울이 발생. 즉 몸의 건강이 뇌에 영향을 끼치는 것. 피로를 해소하는 방법을 찾는 게 정말 중요.

업무에서 한 실수나 실패를. 그리고 성공을 '나'라는 사람의 가치와 동일시 않는 게 중요한 것 같다. 실수는 마이너스, 성공은 플러스, 이런 지극히 단순한 방법으로 자신의 가치를 평가하는 회사(시스템)에서 오래 일했을 때, 무의식적으로 스스로를 점수 매겼고 매분, 매초 불행했었다.
