i did a quick SEO audit of 300+ sites here on X! these were the most common bits of low-hanging fruit. reply SEODADDY to get the detailed list. BAAHAHAHA J/K. i don't do that junk.
GitHub has officially gone insane. You can now build an entire AI content factory without hiring a single person. 10 ridiculously powerful repos: 1. OpenCreator Give Codex a creator workspace to write scripts, generate images, create voiceovers, translate videos, and edit content. github.com/krillinai/Open… 2. Social Media Research Skills Give Claude Code and Codex skills to find standout posts, study competitors, mine comments, and pull hooks from video transcripts. Powered by ScrapeCreators. github.com/ScrapeCreators… 3. Local Deep Research Turn a topic into a research report by searching the web and your documents. Works with local and cloud AI models. github.com/LearningCircui… 4. FLUX.2 Generate and edit images for thumbnails, social posts, and campaigns. The Klein 4B models come with Apache-licensed weights. github.com/black-forest-l… 5. Kokoro Turn your scripts into AI voiceovers using a compact, open-weight speech model. Build narration directly into your content pipeline. github.com/hexgrad/kokoro 6. ACE-Step 1.5 Generate music from text descriptions, create instrumental tracks, and regenerate sections of audio. Runs locally on supported hardware. github.com/ace-step/ACE-S… 7. Short Video Factory Turn prompts and your footage into batches of short videos, with AI-written copy, voiceovers, automatic editing, and subtitles. github.com/YILS-LIN/short… 8. AI YouTube Shorts Generator Turn long YouTube videos into vertical Shorts with AI-picked highlights, transcription, and automatic cropping. github.com/Anil-matcha/AI… 9. Podcastfy Turn source material into AI podcast conversations. Customize the dialogue and generate audio in multiple languages. github.com/souzatharsis/p… 10. Social Media Agent Turn a URL into X and LinkedIn posts. Review the drafts, make changes, and schedule them through an AI agent workflow. github.com/langchain-ai/s… Which part of your content workflow are you automating first?
you NEED strong comparison pages if u want to win ai search against your competitors we've worked with and collaborated with growth teams at some of the top tech companies, this is one of the highest ROI things you can do here's how: 1. pick a buying decision, not just a competitor “[your product] vs [competitor]” is the starting point. narrow it to a real situation: choosing for a small team, handling a specific workload, or switching from an existing setup. the same product can be the right choice for one buyer and the wrong choice for another. note* the most important part is to be honest 2. do the research before writing the verdict read both products' current docs, pricing, limits, and release notes. test the relevant workflows where possible. keep a research sheet: >claim >source link >plan or version >date checked >tested firsthand or documented only if u cant verify a difference, dont turn it into a selling point. 3. answer “which should i choose?” at the top give the reader a short recommendation before the feature table: “choose [your product] if [specific requirement].” “choose [competitor] if [different requirement].” “switching probably isnt worth it if [condition].” be specific enough that someone can recognize their situation. 4. compare the same job in both products pick one task the buyer actually needs to complete. show the inputs, setup steps, and output for each product. include screenshots or a reproducible example. “easier to use” is an opinion. showing what someone has to do gives them something they can judge. 5. build the table around decisions that matter use rows like: >required integrations >deployment options >usage limits >permissions >data export >support availability put the actual answer in each cell, including plan restrictions. link the supporting docs. if both products do something equally well, say that. 6. price the same scenario pick a clearly labeled example workload and calculate what it would cost on both. same users. same usage. same billing period. include minimum commitments, add-ons, and overages where relevant. dont compare ur annual starting price with their monthly enterprise plan and call it research. 7. explain what switching actually involves what data transfers? what needs rebuilding? which integrations need reconnecting? what should someone test before moving everything? link a migration guide if u have one. a feature advantage means less if the buyer has no idea what moving will take. 8. make the page easy to check and maintain add who prepared the comparison, when the facts were checked, and how the testing was done. keep important claims and their sources together. when either product changes its pricing or capabilities, revisit the affected sections. dont just refresh the date. here's why i'd put effort into this: someone comparing two products is trying to make a decision. a useful page saves them from opening 15 tabs and doing the research themselves. it also gives search engines and ai systems specific, sourced information they can reference. ur product doesnt need to win every row. the right buyer needs to understand why it fits their situation. if u want us to do an audit for your company and find the highest ROI things for you to do this week to start getting ranked on ai search, comment or dm "audit" 🫶
Every week someone tells me they vibe-coded their app over the weekend and don't need developers anymore. Before it touches a paying customer, make sure it includes: > a schema someone designed, instead of one the AI improvised table by table > login that still works when someone puts a plus sign in their email > password reset links that expire and work once > MFA, plus a recovery path for the user who lost their phone > sessions that time out, and a way to kill every session for one user > SSO for the enterprise customer who won't sign without it > SAML, because that customer's IT team doesn't do magic links > SCIM, so a fired employee loses access the moment IT offboards them > roles and permissions deeper than "admin" and "everyone else" > checks that stop user A from reading user B's data by changing one number in the URL > tenant isolation, so one customer's bug never shows another customer's records > an admin "log in as this user" button for support, with an audit trail on every use > rate limits on login, so nobody can guess passwords at scale > lockouts that stop attackers without locking out your CFO the night before the board meeting > database migrations that run forward and roll back > migrations that don't lock the main table at 2pm on a Tuesday > indexes, because the query that was instant on 50 test rows times out on 5 million real ones > connection pooling, so a traffic spike doesn't exhaust the database > backups every night > a restore from those backups, tested, because a backup you've never restored is a hope > point-in-time recovery for the day someone runs a delete without a where clause > soft deletes, so "I deleted it by accident" is a support ticket and not an incident > validation on the server, not just in the form > timezones stored right, so the 9am reminder doesn't fire at 4am > the customer with an apostrophe in their last name > emoji, accents and right-to-left text in every field > money stored as integers, because 0.1 + 0.2 doesn't equal 0.3 in floating point > currency, rounding and tax rules for every country you sell into > a data model that survives your second customer asking for "one small change" > idempotency keys, so a retried payment doesn't charge the card twice > deduplication for the user who clicks submit four times > pagination that still works on page 400 > exports, because sooner or later every customer wants their data in a spreadsheet > imports that survive the CSV someone saved in 2009 > retention rules, and code that deletes what your contract says you'll delete > secrets out of the code, out of the repo and out of the AI chat history > rotating every key the AI pasted into a config file last month > confirming every package the AI installed exists and is the one you meant > dependency scanning, because the AI pulled in libraries nobody reviewed > input sanitization everywhere a user can type > protection against SQL injection, XSS, CSRF and the rest of the OWASP list > file uploads that get scanned, size-limited and stored where they can't execute > CORS rules that aren't "allow everything" > security headers on every response > encryption at rest and in transit > least-privilege access for everyone, including the AI agent holding production credentials > logs that record who did what, without recording passwords, tokens or card numbers > a penetration test before your enterprise customer's security team runs their own > answers to the security questionnaire every enterprise buyer sends, with evidence behind each one > a disclosure process for the day a stranger emails you a vulnerability > a plan for the day a laptop with production access gets stolen > SOC 2, which means policies, evidence and an auditor, not a checkbox > HIPAA, the moment a single patient record touches your system > a BAA with every vendor that touches that data, including your AI model provider > audit trails that show who viewed a record, not just who changed it > PCI scope, and card numbers kept out of your database > GDPR deletion requests that reach every table, backup and log > data residency for the customer whose contract says EU only > quarterly access reviews someone signs off on > dev, staging and production environments that match each other > infrastructure written as code, so the setup lives somewhere other than one person's memory > a deploy pipeline that runs the tests before anything reaches customers > one-click rollbacks, because Friday deploys happen > zero-downtime deploys, because your customers don't have maintenance windows > feature flags, so you can ship the code without shipping the feature > autoscaling for the Monday morning spike > a CDN, so the app loads fast in Singapore too > DNS, SSL certificates, and renewals that don't expire on a Sunday > background job queues, so slow work doesn't freeze the page > retries with backoff, so one flaky API call doesn't become a lost order > a dead-letter queue for the jobs that fail every retry > cron jobs that don't run twice the day you add a second server > caching, and clearing that cache when the data changes > SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so your password resets don't land in spam > bounce and complaint handling on every transactional email > storage rules, so you stop paying to keep 2021's temp files > cost alerts, so a runaway agent loop shows up the same day and not on the invoice (we learned this one for $1,382.59) > a disaster recovery plan, written down and tested once a year > a second region, if your contract promises uptime one region can't deliver > structured logs you can search at 3am > error tracking that groups the same bug instead of sending you 4,000 emails > uptime checks from outside your own network > alerts that page a human, tuned until they stop paging for nothing > dashboards for latency, error rate and throughput > tracing for one slow request across every service it touches > an on-call rotation, and a person who picks up > runbooks, so the engineer on call knows what "queue depth critical" means > postmortems that change something > a status page customers check before they email you > unit tests written by someone who knows what the logic should do > integration tests for every third-party API you depend on > end-to-end tests for signup, checkout and the other flows that make you money > load testing before the launch email goes out > test data that looks like production without being production data > regression tests, so fixing bug 41 doesn't bring back bug 12 > testing on the five-year-old laptop your biggest customer's ops team still uses > accessibility compliance, because the enterprise contract requires it > subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades and proration > failed-payment retries and dunning emails > invoices with the customer's PO number on them, because procurement won't pay without it > sales tax and VAT > refunds, credits and partial refunds > usage metering that matches what you bill, to the cent > annual contracts with custom terms your billing logic never planned for > revenue reports your finance team can reconcile > webhooks that verify signatures > webhooks that retry, with a log of every failed delivery > a versioned API, so you can change it without breaking your customers' integrations > API keys customers can create and revoke > API rate limits that protect you without blocking real integrations > a plan for the day a third-party API changes its response format without telling you > OAuth token refresh, because tokens expire at the worst possible moment > a sandbox where customers can test their integration > protection against prompt injection in every field that reaches the model > customer and patient data kept out of prompts that leave your network > a model spend cap per customer, so one heavy user can't run up your bill > evals, so you find out when a model update makes your answers worse > a fallback for the afternoon your model provider goes down > a migration plan for the day your model gets deprecated > prompt and output logs for debugging, minus whatever you're not allowed to keep > a human approval step for anything the AI does that can't be undone > pages that load on hotel wifi > empty states, loading states and error states on every screen > error messages a customer can act on, instead of "something went wrong" > forms that keep what people typed when one field fails validation > emails that render in every mail client your customers use > notifications people can turn off > undo > keyboard navigation and screen reader support > translations, with dates and numbers formatted for each locale > a back button that does what people expect > code a human can read > code review on every change > a branching strategy, so two people can work without overwriting each other > monthly dependency upgrades, so you're never two major versions behind > framework upgrades before the old version stops getting security patches > deleting the dead code the AI left behind from its first three attempts > splitting up the 2,000-line file the AI kept appending to > architecture decisions written down, with the reasons > a README that gets a new engineer running locally in under an hour > documentation for whoever inherits this > an admin panel for your ops team > support tooling, so customer success can answer questions without pinging engineering > a changelog customers can read > terms and a privacy policy that match what the code does > every account, domain and repo in the company's name, not the name of whoever built the prototype > a bus factor higher than one Oh, and besides keeping all of this working every day, forever… your vibe-coded app will still need people who know what they're doing: > reading every line the AI wrote before it ships (a senior engineer) > designing the data model before your second customer breaks it (a backend engineer) > explaining why the AI's fix for one bug created two new ones (a senior engineer, again) > deploys, rollbacks, servers and the cloud bill (a DevOps engineer) > answering the page at 3am when payments stop (whoever's on call) > patching the framework the week a vulnerability goes public (security) > walking an auditor through how patient data moves (security and compliance) > testing what the AI says it tested (QA) > running a migration on a live database without losing a row (a backend engineer) > saying no to the feature that breaks three others (a tech lead) > turning "works on my laptop" into "works for every customer at once" (an architect) > debugging the code when the AI that wrote it can't (a senior engineer) > remembering why it's built this way, a year from now (someone who was there) …wishing them the best 🫡

Lovable is a scam. So is Replit, Base44, Framer, and all AI website builders. These are for low IQ people who don’t know how to use AI and fall for SaaS marketing gimmicks. You are paying a premium for less usage, shittier models, shittier websites, and hand cuffing yourself to a SaaS ecosystem you don’t control. A $100/month Claude Max plan (or ChatGPT Pro) is a better solution BY FAR
I'm genuinely pissed off watching people do everything except the basics. AI confirmation videos. 9-email reminder funnels. Custom calendar landing pages with a countdown timer. Bro. Stop. Here's the whole strategy: 1. Confirm the call. On the spot. "Can you 100% make this time?" 2. Send them an SMS reminder. Introduce yourself like a human. "Hey, it's [name], looking forward to our call tomorrow." 3. Call them before the meeting. It's called triage, you beautiful little goblins. Disqualify the tire-kickers, shorten the call for the real ones, and walk into the discovery call already knowing them. That's it. No funnels. No hacks. No 47-step Zapier spaghetti. Confirm. Text. Triage. *dials with one hand, eats a sandwich with the other* Do the basics, gents. They're basic because they work.

The real alpha is buried at 31:50 when he talks about how Railway actually does marketing They went from $20M to ~$100M ARR this year with only 1 growth marketer and 1 product marketer Here is their actual GTM playbook from the interview: 1. "Incepting the AI models to recommend us more and more" (31:50) When a developer asks Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT "where should I deploy my Postgres DB / backend?" the LLM picks the winner before the user ever opens Google 2. Zero-signup agent access (09:20) They shipped an MCP, a CLI agent, and `ssh railway new` so an AI agent can spin up a VM immediately without even creating an account 3. Reverse-engineering what already works in marketing (13:47) Despite the quote about ignoring Stripe and Cursor on engineering, 3 minutes later he admits they have a #marketintel channel where they reverse-engineer Ramp's marketing and improve on it 4. GTM writes code instead of hiring headcount (25:35) Their 7-person GTM team builds automated systems instead of doing manual outreach This is the exact shift I've been talking about all year: AI agents are the buyers now, and the way you "incept" Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to recommend your product is by dominating the third-party listicles, docs, and comparison pages those models cite If you want to run this exact playbook without hiring a marketing team: 1. Check which competitors ChatGPT & Claude recommend for your prompts (and which URLs they cite) → aiseotracker.com 2. Get placed into those exact ranking listicles & high-DR sites automatically → linkdr.com (or just tell Claude Code to read linkdr.com/SKILL.md)
Railway started the year at $20M ARR. It’s now ~$100M. Solo founder. Fully remote. Only ~40 people. The one trait that explains why Railway is breaking all the rules: “It’s almost like cheating on your homework when you go and look at somebody else’s solution. If this is how
Humanizer is the #2 trending model on Hugging Face and looks great and runs locally! A 12B model that rewrites AI-written drafts (emails, essays, reports, forum posts; English and Chinese) so they read like a person wrote them. Link: huggingface.co/jialinyyzz/hum…
After sending over 5 million cold emails and testing every possible sequence length from 1 step all the way to 7 steps Our data has proven that a 3-step sequence is what you should be using Less than 3 doesn't give you enough chances to make use of follow-ups in case people missed your first or second email More than 3 increases the likelihood of spam reports and after step 3 your reply rate drops significantly anyway so it’s not worth wasting your email capacity on more than 3 touch-points
A harsh reality about the career ladder: You’re never gonna make as many great work friends as you do in your first job or two. Those first 5ish years of careers are special for making friends. You and your pals at work, green & eager (or getting destroyed by work loads and real life responsibilities). Spending your first paychecks on cocktails and dinners you probably can’t actually afford. Forming a trivia team at the dive bar next to the office. Complaining about your bosses together. First apartments filled with ikea furniture. Racing when the “extra pizza from the meeting is in the conference room” email goes out. I was at my first agency for 5 years (a lifetime for an agency job), and absolutely loved it. Made many lifelong friends at that gig. Then when I started wanting more money and more responsibility, I started intentionally hopping around—went from $80k to $220k in just 4 years, worked on some major brands, built a strong rep as a leader in social—but as I got older, entered management roles, and spent less time at jobs, I never really did have the same camaraderie as that first job. Even when you try, life responsibilities have changed. People have kids and families. Company parties don’t have the after party anymore. Optional work events become optional. Really cherish those years as a 20something, learning life & work. It’s a special time.

the major cheat code to life:
here’s the equation of life, real, final, and in the flesh: God loves you. He operates on multiplicative metaphysics. meaning, if you do good, you will be gifted a hundredfold. meaning, if you do something for the sole purpose of pleasing God, you’ll be a miracle magnet. meaning,
11 traits of super successful people I’ve worked with: > they’ve studied their field’s history > they're paranoid of their competition > they ask hyper targeted questions > they think before they speak > they have higher standards > they have strong opinions loosely held > they’re extremely kind and generous > they think about what they’re working on just as much as how hard they work > they work harder than 99% of the population > they have a long-term perspective > they don’t take themselves too seriously
Anytime you take on a new job, you should brace yourself for minimal dopamine for the first several months Similar to building a house, the foundation, plumbing & framing are not sexy. But your house will not be livable without them Every hard job features a neurochemical roller coaster. The expectations you have going into it determine how vividly you feel the ups and downs After helping a client secure several hundred thousand dollars more comp, I needed to reset his expectations that work comes next. The dopamine won’t always be flowing, even though it’s been pouring for him these last few months
hiring is so hard for early stage startups bc you want someone who is - insanely proactive and thinks 10 steps ahead (you can tell how proactive they are from the interview process) - exudes excellence + never delivers anything mediocre. ever. - has great exec presence so you can put them in front of customers - already deeply knowledgeable about your industry before day 1 - high APM (actions per minute) and just an execution machine - knows how to wield AI like a weapon + when to use vs. not use it - great network that you can hire from as well
