Yesterday my kids got trapped inside the lift in D block of Sethi Max Royal sector 76 Noida at around 7pm for 40 minutes, it was such a nightmare, they were breathless and are so much traumatised by the incident, there are no measures in place I.e no intercom facility in lift 1/2
