Today the decision by one of the Judges at Nainital High Court has put a question mark at the Judiciary in India. Sri Guru Ram Rai Medical College, Dehradun had unilaterally increased the tuition fee of 2018 MBBS batch by 5 Lakhs per year for State Quota seats.
They have increased the fee of Management seats by 7 Lakh per year and are asking the students to pay it before starting Internship. The Judge has ruled in favorable of Medical College and plunged the future of 150 Medical students in darkness. God save this country.
