Towards India-EU FTA As India and the European Union celebrate six decades of bilateral relations, the stage is set for a strategic leap in #Economic partnership.

The @UN Resident Coordinator's role is analogous to that of the UNGA Secretary General. The coordinator is accountable for establishing interagency #coordination, making decisions, and delivering measurable results.

#India has emerged as a strategic actor in SE Asia helping the #Philippines on #SouthChinaSea disputes, and enhancing #defencecooperation with #SoutheastAsia. In June 2023 India gifted #INSKirpan to #Vietnam, boosting naval capabilities and fostering regional cooperation.

Apart from defence cooperation, #India also has trade agreements with multiple #Southeast Asian countries. As India deepens its regional engagement, strategic partnerships and trade ties in #SoutheastAsia grow stronger.

2022 witnessed a significant milestone in defence cooperation as the #Philippines sealed a major deal to acquire India's @BrahMosMissile. India has also conducted joint naval drills with #Japan, #Vietnam and #Malaysia to strengthen their defence cooperation.
