To my surprise it was written in my policy document that 5,000 voluntary deduction will be there. I called @ACKOSupport, the agent again confirmed that it will not be applicable if car is repaired at partner garage. On my request, Acko advisor sent me email to confirm this.

Last week, I filed for a claim & now they are saying voluntary deduction will be applicable even if car is repaired at their partner garage. I mailed them & explained their customer service. They accepted their agent’s mistake (see subject line) but are not providing resolution.

@ACKOIndia and @ACKOSupport is a fraud insurance company. They lure new customers with false promises. Kindly go through the thread to understand. They know it’s a fraud but they are calling it a mistake. Even after accepting the mistake they are not providing resolution.
