Views of Mr Niranjan Hiranandani ji regarding Affordable Housing, he says it can not be fulfilled thanks to Excessive taxation, tax terrorism and not so easy Ease of Doing business in India He says 1) If anyone buys a house in Mumbai today, 50 % of money goes to Government by way of various taxes, charges and Stamp duty, directly or indirectly . 2) I can not give you an affordable house, the reason is ready recknoer rate notified by govt which they have purposly inflated to make the house unaffordable. 3) Govt keeps collection money from middle class and rich and give it free or subsidied rates to slum people under SRA as a pupulist measure. 4) Ease of Doing business needs to be improved as there is no coordination between various ministries and departments. 5) If i want to give an affordable house, i will be penalised by Income tax department for selling house below the inflated ready recknoner rates. 6) I am not allowed to make an affordable house by government. This is situation in almost all other cities pan India. #Mumbai #Middleclass #GST #Incometax #Realestate #Investing #Housing

This lady cleans our hospital lane every day. She is very sincere and hard working. Today on #Dussehra day, when I was on my way to hospital, I saw her doing routine work and I noticed that she had decorated her trash collection trolley with a small garland ! What a beautiful way to celebrate #Dussehra Whatever work you are doing, small or big, do it sincerely, your work is your worship !!! #HappyDussehra @SaiShreePune #Dussehra2024

India is the only country you can’t go ‘Forward’ unless you are a Freeloader. No one is safe even if it's Health, Education or Infra. Soon India will give a tough competition with Venezuela. Welcome to Reservation Republic of India.

I'm a Punekar and I'm taking an oath that anyone who puts up a flex in Pune will never ever get my vote or any support/business to the organisation. I believe that it is the only way to teach these idiots a lesson. Please like, share and take this oath. #nomoreflex

Sometimes I feel the elevated metro lines in Mumbai are commissioned primarily to allow politicians and nagarsevaks to paste their posters on the pillars and beautify the city. Entire stretch on JVLR and LBS is defaced where metro pillars are freshly painted. Authorities keep 😴

I am being attacked by both left & right. But I do get their frustration. For the first time, General Category is united. Just like any govt policy, Reservation is debatable. It's not my problem if some people think it's their birthright. But never mind, this is just a start.

Brahmin Privilege – 0 Brahmin Hatred – 1 This false narrative against Brahmins has been used to justify #Reservation, which now exceeds 60%. Brahmins, barely 5% of India's population, don’t need persecution—they need protection & they need it now!

All the political parties are competing to see who can increase #Reservations more or who can conduct #CasteCensus first. This is a gross betrayal of General Category. We vote for them, we send them to Parliament & they are making policies against us. This must end now.

Businesses living in fear, says TV Mohandas Pai after ‘extortion’ by CGST officials in Bengaluru - The Economic Times. When will PM ⁦@narendramodi⁩ FM ⁦@narendramodi⁩ remove tax terrorism, draconian powers and save honest tax payers from fear? m.economictimes.com/news/india/bus…

Illogical tax slabs and GST rates make people evading taxes. Most of the businesses don't pay a single ₹ tax in their entire life but have big houses, multiple lands etc.

People driving cars worth 50 lakhs are out on streets demanding more Reservation BUT when Brahmins even mention their caste, they're branded as threat to Hindu unity. This is not how it works. Either end #Reservation or bring policies for General Category as well.
