And despite being told over and over that everything else was shit anyway and this wasn't the weakest link, I made it work, and magically once there was a libc trying to get this stuff right, lots of other software started improving in similar ways too. 2/N

If it sounds like I'm picking on clang/LLVM a lot, well, it's because I'm kinda pissed and have good reason. 10 years ago I set out to make systems-level software that actually got the hard corner cases right so they don't turn into obscure crashes and vulns... 1/N
