بانی چیئرمین عمران خان کا اڈیالہ جیل سے اپنے اہلِ خانہ کے ذریعے بھجوایا گیا پیغام: - پاکستان مسلم لیگ نواز کا ”ووٹ کو عزّت دو“ سے لیکر ”بوٹ کو عزّت دو“ تک کا سفر غالباً تمام یوٹرنز کا باپ ہے۔ - 2024 کے عام انتخابات کی پیشانی پر (قبل از انتخابات، انتخابات کے روز اور بعد از انتخابات دھاندلیوں کی وجہ سے) بدترین دھاندلی زدہ انتخابات کا عنوان سجا دیا گیا ہے جن کے تحت ایک جماعت کو توڑنے کی کوشش کی گئی، اسے سیاسی و انتخابی سرگرمیوں تک کی اجازت نہ دی گئی، اس کا انتخابی نشان ہتھیا لیا گیا، اس کے کارکنان کو اغوا کیا گیا اور انہیں جماعت سےعلیحدگی کےاعلان پر جبراً مجبور کیاگیا مگر اس سب کےباوجود یہ تمام مصائب و مشکلات کو شکست دے کر فاتح بن کر ابھری جس کےبعد عوام کے مینڈیٹ پر ڈاکہ ڈالنے کے لئے ہر قسم کے غیرقانونی حربے اور ہتھکنڈے آزمائے گئے۔ - پاکستان نے اب تو تاریخ کی سب سے بڑی سیلیکشن (مدر آف آل سیلیکشنز) بھی دیکھ لی ہے جس کے تحت مجرموں کو ان کے خلاف تمام مقدمات میں کلین چٹ دے دی گئی ہے جبکہ عمران خان کو سینکڑوں جعلی مقدمات میں نامزد کرتے ہوئے جھوٹے الزامات کی بنیاد پر 30 سال قید کی سزا سنا دی گئی ہے۔ - ہمارےپاس بڑی مقدار میں انتخابات میں دھاندلی کے شواہد موجود ہیں جن میں وہ بھی شامل ہیں جو ہمیں ان افسران کی جانب سے مہیّا کئے گئے جنہوں نے انتخابات کروائے۔ - وقت آگیا ہے کہ ہوش کے ناخن لئے جائیں۔ عوام کی منشا کا احترام اور ان کے مینڈیٹ کی عزّت کریں قبل اس سےکہ ہم اہلِ عالم کےسامنےمذاق بن کر رہ جائیں۔

🚨🇵🇰INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS FOUNDATION STATEMENT ON ARRESTS OF PTI PARTY POLITICIANS IN PAKISTAN "The International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) expresses its categorical condemnation of the recent incidents of arbitrary arrests of elected representatives of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party in different parts of Pakistan. These arrests, based on trumped-up charges following the legitimate exercise of the right to protest, are a flagrant violation of basic human rights principles. The rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and association are cornerstones of democratic societies and are enshrined in international human rights law. These rights are inalienable and universal, applicable at all times and in all places, without exception. Attempts to suppress these freedoms under any guise are not only unacceptable but a direct affront to the rule of law and democratic norms. The IHRF also underlines the sanctity of the electoral process and the inviolable legitimacy of representatives duly elected through the ballot box. The arbitrary detention of elected officials not only undermines the very fabric of democratic governance but also contravenes the will of the people as expressed through their electoral choices. It is imperative to recognize that the integrity of election results and the peaceful transfer of power are fundamental to the maintenance of democracy. Any attempt to alter election results through extrajudicial means or to use state machinery to suppress dissenting voices is vehemently opposed to the principles of democracy and human rights. In light of these grave concerns, the IHRF calls on the relevant authorities in Pakistan to immediately and unconditionally release all persons detained under such arbitrary circumstances. We reiterate the need for Pakistan to uphold its international obligations by ensuring the protection of human rights, including the rights to freedom of expression, assembly, and political participation. Respect for free, fair, and genuine elections is the only way to restore democracy and the rule of law in the country. The international community stands in solidarity with those standing up for their democratic rights and urges the Government of Pakistan to cease all further acts of repression and to engage in a constructive dialogue aimed at upholding the principles of justice and human rights."
