In Q2 so far, the average cost of gas on UK markets was 2.86 pence per kWh. The @ofgem energy price cap for electricity for Q2 2025 was 27.03 pence per kWh. That's 9.43 times more. But @Ed_Miliband and green energy tycoons will tell you that high prices are caused by gas.
