@CreakyJoints 🎯 Objectively, I take fewer meds, have less clinic visits and trips to the ER if I keep moving. Subjectively, pain is less and I'm happier, feeling that I'm getting things done. Mvmt/PT are my fave med. Reality chk tho, there are days when I just can't do it.

@CreakyJoints I do some kind of physical activity every day: strength training, swimming, yoga, walking, and hiking on the weekends, and even when I was very anemic from the side effects of MTX, I did leg lifts while lying on a yoga mat. Exercise also contributes to mental health.🏋🏻
