@Chandra71976489 @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia अश्विनी जी , आप रेलवे इंजीनियर direct SSE की बहुत बड़ी उम्मीद हैं। रेलवे बोर्ड का रूख कर्मचारियों के प्रति बहुत कठोर रहा है। रेलवे में ग्रुप बी एक प्रतिशत से भी कम है।

@AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @Railwhispers there are employees recruited directly as sse in IR in level 7 and get retired in same without a single promotion, their working efficiency is highly hampered due to zero promotion, can DSSE expect same action by MR as taken by UP CM.

@dlwtk @AshwiniVaishnaw A non metric in IR can become senior section engineer, but a BE graduate direct sse could not get a single promotion in entire career. Is this justice to Direct SSE ? MR Sir, Please think about us.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia सर, क्या ऐसा order रेलवे को दिया जा सकता है। रेलवे में सीधी भर्ती SSEs जो कि BTech होते हैं लगभग 35 वर्ष की सेवा के पश्चात बिना किसी promotion के retired हो जाते हैं। सरेआम इनके career को kill किया जाता है और सभी मूकदर्शक बने देखते रहते ह़ै।

Railway ki Maya (Mircle in Railway):- Idar se 5th, 10th , ITI, Diploma Dalo udar se Engineer or Manager or Officer niklo (Condition:- This scheme is not applicable for Direct SSE). Or bichare Direct SSE ( B Tech from NIT, IIT, IIM ) ko 30 saal se ek bhi promotion nahi mila.

Everyone in Railways have assured promotion either they join at Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or Level 10. Only BE/BTech engineers joining railways at Level 7 as SSE do not have even a single promotion in entire career. Grant group B gazetted status and assured proMotion to #Direct_SSE

If all these points are equal to assistant engineer. Why not Group B gazetted status grant to graduate engineer/RRB(#SSE) GP 4600. Currently CAREER PROGRESSION OF GRADUATE ENGINEER IS LIFE TIME ZERO ASSURED PROMOTION.

Kindly implement the same ! At least 1 in 10 yr

केवल DIRECT SSE-सीधी भर्ती प्राप्त सेक्शन इंजीनियर को छोड़कर रेलवे में सभी को कम से कम एक और अधिक्तम 7 से 8 पदौन्नति है, आईआईएम(IIM)अहमदाबाद के रिपोर्ट का जिक्र 7TH CPC के प्रस्तावना पेज में है। आईआईएम अहमदाबाद ने इनकी पदौन्नति JAG या उससे ऊपर अपने रिपोर्ट में लिखी है। (3/n)

इसके साथ ही कई एक्सपर्ट कमिटी/सेफ्टी कमिटी ने इनको रेलवे की सुरक्षा और कार्यप्रणाली से back bone of indian railway ~SSE(SENIOR SECTION ENGINEER)कहते है,और अपनी Recommendation इनको ग्रुप बी या ग्रुप A तक का जिक्र किया,फिर भी आज तक एक भी पदौन्नति नही मिली। इसलिए ग्रुप बी दे (5/n)

रेलवे बोर्ड ने यह स्वीकार्य किया है,कि highly qualified graduate engineer (SSE-सीधी भर्ती प्राप्त सीनियर सेक्शन इंजीनियर)इनकी पदौन्नति न के बराबर है, रेलवे में नई नई तकनीकी के समायोजन और संचालन के लिए इनकी अहमियत किसी से छिपी नही है,फिर भी जीवनपर्यंत एक भी सुनिश्चित पदौन्नति नही

सीधी भर्ती प्राप्त सीनियर सेक्शन इंजीनियर ग्रेड 4600 का 1.1.2006 के बाद यानी 15 साल में एक भी सुनिश्चित पदौन्नति नही मिला,इस दौरान इसी कारण से इनकी भर्ती रोका गया, फिर चालू किया गया, लेकिन पदौन्नति के नाम पर आज भी कुछ नही मिला, इस कारण सामाजिक सम्मान में बहुत गिरावट आया (2/n)
