.NET MAUI devs. I just discovered something very useful. In @VisualStudio you can go to Debug -> Windows -> Exception Settings, expand Common Language Runtime Exceptions and tick System.Exception. You will get far more useful error messages!

I have been preparing an easier way to create drawn controls in .NET MAUI in both XAML and C#. A new CanvasView control that allows content such as drawn Layouts or Views. Code now available at github.com/jsuarezruiz/Al… (soon on NuGet) #dotnet

In the Xamarin.Forms API docs there always was: "This is a bindable property." behind bindable properties. Was that useful to you? Should we keep that in .NET MAUI or remove it? To be clear, with API docs I (also) mean the IntelliSense tooltips will have this info.

Would you like to have a #dotnetmaui library allowing to create templated drawn controls (with a ControlTemplate property)? A Canvas is exposed where you can add what you want to draw with XAML or C# (shapes, shadows, text, also including drawn Layouts).
